No till drill - CrustBuster?

I ran into this on CL tonight.... I don't need a no till drill, but I wouldn't mind owning one. Price seems too good to be true.

I'm a little skeptical at that price. Is it a cheap knockoff off a Great Plains with limited part availablity.
