lot of talk about the difficulty identifying mushrooms. What guide books do you like the best? We have a number of different ones but just picked up a new one a few weeks ago. Mushrooms of the upper Midwest by Teresa Marrone and Kathy Yerich. Super little field guide. Doesn't cover every mushroom you'll find but has a great breakdown on Top Edibles, Toxics,Toxic look a likes with great color photos and descriptions. Copyrighted 2014 so it's up to date with names which the mushrooms experts seem to change periodically.
