If it went to court he very well could justify the first shot that he thought she was trying to run him over because from that view he probably couldn't see her wheels turned but in May 2025 the Supreme Court ruled in a case, "Every single shot must be justified". So by the 2nd and 3rd shot he was at the side of car and not in harms way as he continued to shoot at the side of the car. Only one bullet went through the windshield. I have already heard two lawyers point out that shots 2 and 3 would be the case against him.

Talk about ill Informed , you must get your info from CNN or The View . Here are the FACTS , The two Lesbiens were "Ice Warriors", paid protestors that were following around and harassing Ice officers for hours. YOU ask why was she stopped ?. ICE didn't stop her, She stopped her vehicle herself . She parked it sideways to OBSTRUCT the Ice Agents path that were driving behind her. She was ordered out , but didn't comply. As she backed up her "wife" (who was filming) shouted "drive baby, drive" , She put the vehicle in Drive with a smile on her face and hit the officer.

NO. Fact is , She wasn't "just driving down the street" She was a paid protestor that used her vehicle to BLOCK/OBSTRUCT ICE officers while her wife filmed it to post on social media.. She refused to comply when ordered to exit the vehicle , then Hit the officer with a smile on her face.

PS Your Idol Tampon Tim made a law allowing officers to shoot when a vehicle accelerates towards a officer standing in front of it.
