Never heard of it Bobin, so I looked it up. Is this it?

What are the pests you are trying to combat? I don't see this as a bactericide for fireblight, it's an insecticide. Maybe I've got the wrong spray. Any sprays you can look up the label on line and see what it does and how to use.

That's not it. If I had any computer skills, I could post it, but I don't. There is another on their site. I think it's streptomycin. I use the Imidan for the insects and what a smell that stuff has. Go under the search on their web site and type in fire blight spray. It should come up.

I just posted it in on my original post. See what you think of it. Thx

Yes it may help. Strep can be used at bloom where it is effective against blossom blight phase of FB. It can also be used within 24 hours of a traumatic event such as a hail storm or damage from high wind. Caution should be used to not overuse, the bacteria can build up a tolerance. Always follow the label!

I haven't used it, so I can't really say one way or the other how effective this brand is. The brand I use (Harbour)is about 23% active ingredient, so that's pretty close. Just be very careful to follow directions.

At this point here in Vermont, FB should not be a problem during bloom, it's way to cold!
