Yearling... With promise
My food plots have a lot of Japanese stiltgrass. One of the best cover plants that has been working for me is wildlife sorghum. Can I spray clethodim the first two weeks of june and then plant sorghum(+buckwheat+sunn hemp) a couple weeks later about third week of June in SE Ohio?

I would have a problem recommending that.

ok. then maybe I'll just spray clethodim next year before the J. stiltgrass goes to seed to get it out of the clover that is starting to take hold. hard to be that patient.

stiltgrass has a seed bank of upwards of 5 years or more. Prepare to be spraying for a while. I've mostly given up on mine as long as it stays on or near the driveway. Plus I now have mile a minute to fight. And I'm also quickly losing that battle.

Spray imox at 6oz/acre amd gly 2quarts/acre and plant igrowth imi tolerant sorghum at 5lbs/acre drilled or 10lbs/acre broadcast for pure stand.
