I can't even count the number of feral cats I've shot. The perfect suburb varmint control rifle is a .22 Hornet with a silencer. A silenced .223 loaded with Hornady V-Max is hard to beat too.
Some of the cats I've shot had matted hair that formed dreadlocks of various sizes. One huge tom was even missing his tail after a hard winter. I really dislike feral cats and shoot every one I see.
