Yes Bueller some of yotes do run large here. They hunt in pairs and sometimes in two pairs at a time and do take some healthy deer down. They make the deer extra cautious but the amount they kill has not been a problem to date. Found two likely healthy deer and one wounded deer the coyotes have killed this fall so far. I would assume that translates into maybe nine property wide for this fall.
Your picture shows a very hefty one for sure, likely one with genes that are pushing the larger size a coyote can become. Hope you can kill him assuming you don’t want yotes in general to become larger in your area. They cover a huge area so like the deer, removing individual animals does not change the gene pool much but it certainly must has some affect.
