Is This Spray Damage?

Down here in the wet, hot, humid south, a regular spray cycle is almost required. I have noticed after I spray, the herbicide collects on the tips of the leaves and remains for some time. Is the herbicide burning the tips of these leaves. Liberty apple.

I guess that might be possible. I don't see any reason to be concerned about what is visible though.
