I think the prices are OK.....if you got the land and a tractor that can handle that equipment. That dozer blade will take some power / traction to push dirt.

They use those dozers a lot in SE Asia. I've never seen one here before.

Yup, my dad has one of those dozer blades, looks almost exactly the same. Pretty much only good for moving snow. It was used some for moving some manure and loose gravel, but there are much better options. And since he has a skid-steer, it is hardly even used for snow any more.
