Imidan Alternatives

As we get into spring it's time to start thinking about the spray schedule for the orchard. What are good alternatives to Imidan? I'm not 100% against spraying it, I just have trees that are close to my personal home, so that is concerning.

Just be careful about spraying, where you mix and store. Keep kids out of it. I was concerned about this too, but I ended up using imidan last year on my yard trees. A small 2 gallon tank sprayer, no wind and don’t let the kids around the trees right away.

Spraying this way is much different than how a commercial orchard sprays where the imidan mist is all through the air.
