I have some FREE corn seed available

BuckSutherland

5 year old buck +
Going through my inventory of old seed. I have a couple partial bags of Dekalb corn that I have kept stored in my basement. This is traited corn with above ground insect protection, but no below ground protection. It can be sprayed with glyphosate. The big bag has a relative maturity of 86 days. The small bags have a RM of 92 day. I also have another small bag of some 101 day corn. All together it would be close to 2 full bags. Would plant 4-5 acres depending on how heavy you plant it. Seed is a couple years old, but that shouldn't matter since it has been taken care of. Should be good for a few years yet.

It is free for the person that wants to come and pick it up. I am about 1 hour west of Minneapolis. Send me a PM.

Bump.... Seed is still available. If I don't get any takers in the next week its going in the garbage. Probably over $400 worth. If someone takes it I will post here right away. Until then it is available. Hopefully someone can use it.

If you were closer to SE MN, I'd be all over that offer.

I usually get leftover corn seed from a local seed dealer, but he is out this year so I'm switching from corn to a brassica mix this year.

I've always had great luck planting leftover corn seed like that for my food plots.

Buck just as soon as you give that away you're going to need 1 coffee can to finish a field and have to open a brand new $300 bag. On that note, I have a bunch of that in the basement too.

^^^

I have a couple open bags of 101-105RM to finish if I need them. This 86-92RM is replant seed from a few years ago. Would work awesome for fellas more towards central MN.

If you get to the point that you're going to throw it out I'll come down and get it. I just don't need that much, only a half acre or so where I'd put it, and don't want to deprive someone of such a good deal if they can put it to better use.
