ya, little bit of a roll to your terrain - bit "hilly" with a little pebble or two in the soil Im guessing... plus side is your a above the flood plain... though you might have some speed issues with drainage.... pretty view! Thumbs up on look out and around from your place - high ground is always cool.... again congrats on the Marriage!! I too pulled the trigger on that move late in life - last year in fact and have a babe due in a few weeks. Late start but big finish!
