Where's the property line in that pic? Is he trying to shoot deer before they get into your field?

It's hard to tell in the picture...if you click on the picture to enlarge it , you can just see a white top of a fence post just to the left of the blue circle . He is facing away from the field....I am facing into the field . I have no idea what he is trying to do, I've had a stand in that tree every year since 2003 .
