I think maybe sick. Lots of ribs in that picture.

Yeah, if she's not sick she's at least having a bad day. Maybe that fawn is running her ragged like our 4 year old.....

I think shes been hit by a car and now she's sick. Her fawn looks healthy

Must have gotten stung or something. The other deer never moved. The fawn settled down and Mom hopped all over the darn place.
