I thought I had started this thread once before but can't find it. So here we go again. Post them up if you have a favorite recipe, or find something new and tasty. We have so many people here from different parts of the country so there has to be something that will be new to each of us.

I'll get things started. Getting back in a good sleep patern after being discharged form surgery is going to be tough. While in the hospital it was nothing but cat naps. Someone was always poking or testing for something so I was lucky if I got 1 maybe 1.5 hours straight sleep. So last night I got about 3.5 hours straight and it's 2 am I'm sitting in my chair crusing the web. I saw this and figured you can't go wrong with bacon. Thought I'd share and am going to make it but also going to have to wait till I'm used to solid foods again. If you try it or have let us know how it was.

A few weeks ago I bought some wagyu. Some burger, roast and steaks. Did a top sirloin tonight and WOW this is yummy. Did a 2 minutes sear on each side in a smokin hot cast iron pan. Cooked internal to 135 then what should have been a 10 minute rest turned to 8 as I couldn't wait. Tender and tasty.

Bobotie.

I went looking for something new and different to do with ground deer and moose meat and came across this South African dish. There's a million recipes online. I love the complex flavors from a very easy dish, and it's keto the way I make it.
