I received a reply back concerning my application. Due to "overwhelming response", I've been put on a waiting list. Then she went on for the rest of the email basically talking me into removing myself from the waiting list. All her signature info was for the Chesapeake Bay Alliance. So I'm sure I was on the bottom of that list since I'm out of that drainage.

Do you know how far down the list you were for your county? I got an application acknowledgement email and then a wait list email too. The Lycoming County Forester didn't seem too worried since we were in the first 8 applicants for the county. He alluded to they're still figuring things out, since it's a new program. I'll PM you the email. It's probably the same one.
