Frost seeding?

Is now a good time to frost seed clover? Should I have already done it? Is it ok to wait a few weeks? I am in north central Wisconsin.

I frost seeded last weekend and I am close to your land. I would think by looking at extended weather forecast if you frost seed this week end you should be OK. Waiting a few weeks you might miss the freeze/thaw cycle.

I also throw down some clover last weekend! Try to do it asap!

I just got up to my cabin. Looks like 1/2 the plot still has snow on it. Tomor morning I will be seeding my clover and chicory onto the plot and little bit of remaining snow. I will also be broadcasting 500 lbs of pel lime. Should be a good morning as long as weather stays dry in the am.
