Found this Northern WI hardy home fruit resource....

2005 publication by the UW-Extension office. Lists cultivars considered hardy in order of ripening. Very good basic information on everything from tree fruits like apples, pears, and plums to small fruits like raspberries, grapes, and juneberries. There is also a list of other publications on specific fruits at the end that one could search for more specific info.

Here is another link to more information from the UW Fruit tree team. Lots of info from a publication on spraying fruit trees to using growth regulators on apple trees and pest management.
