You're right Tooln, you don't have to be from Minn. to get a kick out of it. This could apply to Pa. a few years back. And we DO have a youth hunt & senior hunt in Oct. as well ! They must all attend the same school of " conservation ". Probably funded in large part by the timber industry & ag lobbies.

I am 1/2 way there, I have probably only caught one walleye in 10 years and chase bass exclusively. Rabbits are too hard to hit though.
