First time planting Pear Trees

I've got some standard size pears from SLN growing but they still have a couple years before I should even pray for fruit on them. They look nice and healthy and are growing, just not very fast.

I have lost a couple and had some die back on others in the first year or two but the ones that took haven't had any setbacks.
