First pull of the year

I have very low deer densities & with the rough winter I didn't know what to expect. I have never seen a track on my property during the winter & this year was no exception. Last Sat. I put a few of my cams back out, today I put the rest out. I pulled the cards and was tickled pink to see these. Click on the picture as they are videos.

It is camera season! I can't wait myself. I'm getting my two cams up next week. I have to plant trees first, but then i'll put the cams up.

Nice pics. Just put mine out yesterday. Have never had patience to give them a good set. Going to try my hardest to give them a good week plus this year.

I hope everyone clicked on the pic as it is a video. I should have put that in the original post. Sorry.

They're BBBBBAAAAACCCCKKKK!

Nice to see them in the spring!

signs of life! I have one cam out now that hung over the newly installed waterhole.....i am super impressed with the amount of usage im seeing already! it had been a very dry start to spring (last 3 days we have gotten 1.5" of rain) I really think that the low relative humidity combined with the pre-green up conidtions made water very attractive.

Anyway....looking forward to see what else you get on cam!

The dawn of a new season...Very exciting indeed!

Yep. The hardest part is leaving them out for a week. My property is only 17 miles from home.
