fertilize trees

I will not be able to make it home to do anything with my trees till late june, can I fertilize my apple and pear trees then, all trees are 3-5 years old

Yes. I might hold off if the weather is extremely hot and dry.

Sure, but you miss the first seasonal growth when the tree needs to make all that leaf matter. If you can get someone to throw a cup of triple 17 at the base, your trees will really benefit.
