I like Yellowstone & El Chapo on the modern side…and oldies such as Little House on the Prairie, Land of the Lost & Sanford & Son when I was younger !

I really don't watch a lot of TV...but when I do I tend to watch older TV series. Not sure why. I'm not really an old guy? I just like older TV shows, and some of my all time favorites are old BBC series.

For modern stuff....Band of Brothers (both of them)

And if you're into both WWII and sci-fi you've got to check out The Man in the High Castle on Amazon Prime. A trippy, mind-bending alternate reality in which the Germans and Japanese win WWII and occupy the US. Takes place in early 1960's America...the CGI is awesome. So is the acting. Every episode quite literally left me on the edge of my seat.
