In Alabama I plant in May. Spray maybe once and do some cutting in AC cab tractor. I don’t get started back until October. Too hot and snaky.

I always have these plans for new deer blinds in summer. Then see it’s gonna be 98 degrees and decide to stay home.

Hell I do the same in ky. I swear every year come July I’m selling everything and moving to Montana…and then deer season rolls around and calm down
 
We hit 42 today, it felt quite nice after it being 8 degrees Tuesday morning, with the 5 inches of snow from the week. Good times.
 
We're going from freeze warnings the last couple nights - to 85* to 89* this next week. We had 83* here a week ago or so. Whipsaw temps for sure. Probably drop down again to frosts after the heat wave just in time for blossoms to be open.
 
We are damn near fully leafed out here. This is the most dense opening weekend of turkey season I can remember. I hate it

then back down in the 20s next week...gonna be really healthy for my tender little apple/pear blossoms...
 
Yep. Down here in SE Pa. - warmer than your location - they're even calling for frost next week. Our crabs are in full bloom right now. God bless the fruit crops.

We have 30 in the forecast. Shouldn't affect too much. Is your turkey season to open this coming weekend? How are your prospects this year?

Been a warm April here. Gut tells me May will be cooler than average.
