I started about 72 dco acorns last spring and planted them last Sept. Expected not much survival, should have watered them, fall was very dry. Went out last Tuesday and counted 44, probably should be more.

Jerry-you should be able to grow about anything on that great soil you have!

Went out today, 66 out of 72 made it.

I got a handful growing in rootmakers now. Plan to plant them on the perimeter of a clover plot. Interesting little trees. Planting mainly due to curiosity
