I just got some Crimson Topaz from a local orchard farm store. Really good apple !!! Very juicy, tart with sweetness. Crispy. Very good eater out of hand. I have to think it would make great sauce or be good in a pie.
I planted a Crimson Topaz last spring at camp & have another ordered for this coming spring, too. Both are B-118. I couldn't wait to try one, and the drive of 15 minutes to the orchard was well worth it. I've eaten 4 so far today !!! Anybody else have Crimson Topaz ???
