Creek/river depth digital info availability

I'm working on a project that needs to bore under a small river (more like a creek) in MN for electrical distribution. The DNR wants river bed elevation represented on the drawings.. Anyone know of any resources that might have such info without surveying the river bed?

Is your river listed in the link above?

There are apparently some ways of doing this with LIDAR if is not already mapped. I'll dig a bit more but Uspatial from UMN has quite a bit of the state mapped.

I've played around a bit there but i'm not seeing a list anywhere?

Does the creek have a local USGS gauging station nearby. It would show what normal elevation is. Could have a surveyor mark a pin with elevation. Usually these things are marked on regular surveyor maps already.

For the money and hassle, it might be cheaper to go overheard. Whats the span? The vltage house voltage or distribution 13.8kv. Wire sizes vary alot based on that. Crossing water like that in NY, you'd be cheaper doing solar.......

Could even run conduit across a bridge span if one is there already. Downstream side would be better.
