Common Mugwort in Prairie - A problem?

farmlegend

A good 3 year old buck
Out in the assortment of my shortgrass prairie planting of 6/22, I discovered an odd plant which was likely included, albeit accidentally, in the hash of 50+ forbs I planted. Plant ID looks dead on, common mugwort. Darn thing is already 3’ tall and bushy. Cursory research says it’s aggressive, spreading primarily through root runners. Should I smoke it(figuratively)?

Never saw this plant before, in my recollection.

Spot spray with 24D soon. It’s an Eurasian transplant with no known wildlife value.
