Clothing: How do you beat the frigid wind?

Google Milwaukee heated jacket.

I bought one last year with an extra battery made it my second base layer and couldn't set it past medium.

Now if I could figure out the cold foot.

Are those Milwaukee heated jackets noisy at all? I have never seen one but heard they work great.

I have the camo jacket. Inside liner is like a cotton thermal shirt. Outside she'll is soft but not like a silent suede. I always have a coat over it and its quiet.

I dress in layers and have a gore-tex outer layer. When I can I'll use a shooting house and a small heater - yep - I'm a wuss!
