Cider Presses and Grinders

Water presses work great provided you do not over-size and install a water reclaim system to reduce usage. I have an heirloom corell press which grinds with a direct shaft motor with double baskets which allows me to process about 30 to 35 gallons per hour. The press is a turn screw hydraulic system that works vey smoothly. The press is mounted on wheels and is easily transported to local elementary schools for a day of cider pressing with the kids. The system is very efficient turning out around 3 gallons of juice per bushel. Clean up is a breeze and highly recommend this unit.

Do you have any pictures or links? I have no idea what a water press is.
