Does it overlap the drop time for chestnut crab?

Couldn't tell you. They are so good they all get eaten. One of my favorite "apples."

Some critter cleaned mine off right away this year and the thing was loaded.

Bur - I ate all the Centennials off our camp tree this year !! It only had 4 apples on it so I can't help you on drop time - THIS YEAR !!! I can tell you they were ripe around the 3rd week of September in northern Pa. - zone 5 & 6 border. Next year we should have a lot more apples on it so I'll let some to check the drop time. They probably drop from end of Sept. into the middle of October here at my camp location.
