Yes I ordered 2 Double-D pear trees last summer to try, I think it was a 4 th of July sale.
The deal was they had to ship before the end of the year to get the sale price.
For some stupid reason I chose the last week of Dec 2024 as my ship date ( Oct would probably have been better) .
My Only complaints are they didn't ship the day I picked , I had Monday Dec 30 and they shipped Jan 2 or 3.
The Trees are more like seedlings in the 2- 2 1/2 foot range, but made them easy to plant .
With that said the Double-D pears I planted in Jan are growing fine , but kind of pricey at $30.00 .
If I can catch another sale I may try two of their late Drop Dec-Jan Bodner Pears.
Did they offer you a refund ?

Yes, they offered a full refund or a replacement of something else. I chose a couple of extra Bebbs, which isn't all bad, but I was really interested in a couple of the Steudels.
When I placed the order, I picked a ship date in the fall. That came and went, so they had me pick a date this spring. Now they're out!
