Just started snowing light snow now. Calling for 24"-30" around my area of Massachusetts. I hope it goes out to sea.

Guess you better get the blower and shovels ready.

i'm glad we are going to escape this with only about 6-8"! feel bad for you guys further east of me!

Snow blower is good to go. Started up and ran the generator that's ok if
I need it.

NH what part of NH are you in? Are you north of Sunapee ?

My snowblower is ready and the woodstove is going. I'm more worried about the high winds than the snow.
Good luck guys! Sounds like lots of snow and wind.

I hope you guys come through this without too much unpleasantness.

South Jersey was supposed to get 12-24 inches.

I should have saved the gas in the snow blower and put it in the leaf blower. About 1/2 inch so far. And the news stations spent millions yesterday hyping snowmegednen.

Hope you guys up north get lucky too.

A 1/2 inch that's it? Hahahahahaha!

Yep I'm saying 1/2 inch. If this is 12 inches I should have been in the adult film industry.

I had a dusting this morning - removed with a stiff broom! You boys in New England area - all I can say is good luck.

We are forecast for 5 to 8 inches on sunday, but that will change 6 times by then, so I will worry on saturday!

First forecast ( here ) was for 8-12", then 7-10, then 3-6". We got 1/2". Local stores were packed with bread & milk buyers.

You guys north of Pa. are getting it pretty good. News said about 15" or so around Ct., Mass., R.I., NH. and Maine so far. Vermont might avoid the worst of it. N.Y. is all around the city and Long Island areas. New Englanders can handle snow - wind damage could be a prob. though. Hope you aren't without power long if that happens.

My buddy on Long Island is reporting 12-14" in western Suffolk County.....they were forecast at 12-24" big enough margin of error built into that one.

We ended up with about 3-4" out of this storm, we had gotten about 5-6" on Friday/Saturday though.

8" here in eastern Hampshire county MA. That's much better then the 24'-30" AccuWeather was predicting last night.

holy triple post NoFo.

All the eastern media made this as snowmageddon. What a joke. Pansies. Flyover states get 50 below and real blizzards and it gets 30 seconds of coverage from the nyc media.
30 seconds might be a gross over estimate.

I was wondering if his "tick" set in as he was pressing the reply button.
