Want to feed protein (sweet feed) and minerals. Don't want to throw it on the ground. Will clog regular mechanical spin feeders. Need to meter to not overfeed or run out quickly. Not looking to spend $2500 for something like Kansas Prairie twin auger setup. Have bears, so need metal storage and delivery, or long shute from safe storage.
Picture your normal covered trough with chute or pipe with auger coming in from 55 gallon drum or metal box.
Don't know about mixing rice bran or such would coat sweet feed so it would flow. I tell my kids, "When you have an original though, I'll let you know". Someone's bound to have tried this before.
