A property about 1 1/2 miles from my home just cleared the forest floor of all debris on about 1/3 acre. It's on a sun-exposed gradual slope. I don't know what his plans are for it, but I'm gonna watch what happens there come spring. If it pops with all kinds of new growth, I'll post what happens on here.
