My first question: In the description it mentions Wild Game Sorghum, Peredovic Sunflowers, Dwarf Deer Corn, Millet, Iron Clay Peas, Aeschynomene, Sunn Hemp and Alyce Clover

Then in the seed list is lists the following:

• Cow peas
• WGF Sorghum
• Sunn Hemp
• Japanese Millet
• LabLab
• Alyce Clover
• Soybean

I want some clarification before ordering. Looks like rate is 40-50 pounds per acre. If it contains all of those seeds I might even try a bag!
