Alfalfa suggestions for central MN?

I am going to put in a couple of acres of alfalfa later this summer.
Any suggestions for Douglas/Todd/Ottertail county MN area?
Sandy loam soil that will never get waterlogged.
Mainly looking for something disease resistant and winter hardy that won’t break the bank.
It will be baled off.

Alfalfa is pretty tricky to get established. Deer love it but your soils need to be near perfection for a good crop. I don't have any expertise with it so I can't give any advice on what variety to plant. hope you have success.
