Yep, he has earned the right to be named. I'm sure there are plenty here that would message him on FB for you and say, pay up or we'll all come out and spill the beans...

You've given him a chance to respond to you and he isn't doing so.
At this point, I see nothing wrong with naming him but only if you are 100% accurate about the situation. Do not embellish anything.
Maybe give him a heads up that you are about to reveal him unless he makes good, and does so RIGHT NOW. If he ignores that, then its time to let others know about him.

I'm in on this thread for the reveal. I live in the North East and was planning on having a consultant out to my land in the next couple of years. I'd very much like to avoid this guy if I could.
