70's and 80's Bands & also one-hit-wonders

I really wish I would have gone to see The Who.

I just looked at Paul McCartney tickets. Geesh, no way.

Hard to justify most places live. Especially most of us are older. standing up for hours, driving home late. $20 beers...........

Hoping I didnt miss the ozzy concert. Was at camp. Wife's not a big fan, and the replay was only good till monday or so.

Did payperview for a kiss new years eve show in duabi maybe 4 or 5 years ago. $30 or so at home

Just re-visited this thread that I started. A band that I haven't seen mentioned is ELP - Emerson, Lake & Palmer. They were waaay ahead of their time. They were very hot for a while, and their music spans several vibes. A few hits:
"You Turn Me On"
"From The Beginning"
"Lucky Man"
"Fanfare for the Common Man" (their version of it)

The band Yes. Lots of great music came from them. Progressive rockers. A few of their hits - but not all .........
"Owner of a Lonely Heart"
"Roundabout"
"The Calling"
"I've Seen All Good People"
"Changes"
"The Rythm of Love"
"Leave It"
"Love Will Find a Way"
