Which batteries? In camera or in solar panel. In camera no since they should have been alkaline in solar panel maybe as John said.

Check delay settings and see if says Disabled. I have had 2 say Disabled after doing what you have done.

I always check the All Mail folder in Gmail. It allows me to Trash them after viewing where Inbox does not. I guess that’s why I haven’t had any Spam problems. So far all photos that I see in Gmail have been in app.

On the app go to settings and select Home camera, then Command and the first option is Verification select Yes.

It really depends on deer population in your area. I had 15 cameras on one network last year during hunting season. I set the rate to one image and never had a backup. That was with a G home.

John will the new firmware address the runaway G camera issue. I have a brand new G that I bought at the GAOS from Cuddeback booth that suffers from this issue.
