Thanks for giving me a plan of attack. I have no experience with barley. Will it be eaten and will I be able do a fall plot of winter wheat, clover, and oats like I have been doing (was better until the HT took hold) or would I have to kill the barley?

Yes, I always mix AMS with my Gly. I use Cleth on grass in my clover plots and 24DB for weeds in my clover plots. I use GLY/AMS when I want something fried. It looks like Gly is doing the job on the horsetail after spraying but it roars back.

I don't know what this thick grass-like crap is. It has taken over one of my small food plots and it seems to laugh at Gly/AMS. I don't know my weeds or grasses and seek advice from you experts.

No question that Bowsite does love to eat their own. I chuckled at the Gly resistance thread and how it went on and on. And yes, just type the word crossbow and watch all hell break loose. The WI board is by far the worst there.

Thanks for the advice on the tubes. I will only use them for non-fruit trees and while pricey, I do like the pluses they offer. I will use them on the trees I planted this spring that survived as well as all new ones next year.
