    Electric bike

Omicron, was the terrain where you drove the carts hilly? I've been looking into a lithium powered cart, but I'm worried that it can't climb out of our creek bottoms. I'm also curious whether anyone has experience with lithium powered carts in cold weather. if it can't run in November or...

sawsuppliers.com ..... my less than stellar experience

I ordered a saw & a couple extra chains from them 2 years ago. They shorted me a chain, but shipped it as soon as I told them. I had no complaints.

Anyone had miscanthus long enough to see it die off?

From what I've read, miscanthus will live for about 20 years. Has anyone here had it growing on their property long enough to see die off from old age? I'm thinking of mixing clumps into spruce screen plantings and letting the miscanthus die off as the spruces grow and fill in.

    COMPOSTING

I think the meat/bones taboo is so you don't attract scavengers to your city/suburban backyard. Here in the country, my compost pile is within rifle range from my kitchen window.

    Miscanthus screen

Plant a single row, then in a couple years, take a plug out of each clump with a spade & transplant it about 4 feet away into your new second row. Takes a bit longer, but you only have to hut the rhizomes once. I have a single row where I planted rhizomes. In the summer, it is a solid wall...
