no usb in ours - any independent retailer can order the wall charger and extra battery , farmsteadoutdoors has them in stock and will ship - or you can just set them in the sun for a couple days without them hooked up to a camera, its possible the battery failed and replacing it may fix it.

you're much better off calling than emailing on something like this, it could be a mistake but everytime ive had someone dig into this type of issue it came back the correct amount of data was used. You can also see the data used in camp if you want to look yourself. Phones are slow this time...

keep in mind it only shows 14 days worth of images in camp, if you feel like you have an overage by mistake, call Cs as they can see your data usage and determine if there is an issue. The plans are data ,not image count but if you feel like you were charged in error, call them as they can see...

yes off or repeater will do the same thing, it can take 12-24 hours for the change to occur, you can also clear the cell que and remote que and sd cards if you dont want images that are undesirable sent .

you will restrict the amount of images you get when doing this, if its a priority , you need to aim it EXACTLY where the deer will be, imagine a laser beam coming out of the camera, the deer will need to cross that beam for a photo to be triggered. anything beyond or in front of it wont trigger...

Its sounds like somehow it worked for you but I would NEVER recommend using batch 1 image when running cuddelink. If it hasnt already, it will eventually cause you an issue. Doesnt matter how many images or deer you have on your property. A stand alone unit like tracks is OK to use this way but...
