3.3 was the main fix regarding the routing bug - 3.4 just adds some functionality in regards to the trends feature, you can keep using 3.3 unless its convenient to update 3.4

Pause option is not working in the app right now and the engineers are working on it , you are better off using camera disable until they get that fixed which should be soon. 2 links isnt abnormal but sending old pics is unless there is channel interference with naother network on same channel.

not on camp or the app unfortunately, unlees there is pictures still in camp, you owuld need ot move your date rang eall the way back to when they took pictures if it will go back that far in pic count

yes they are , make sure your camera night delay is set to 5 seconds or longer , it would be very odd for a cudddelink camera to last 4 months thru the winter on 4 duracells without external power

Ok, its hard for me to help trouble shoot when i cant see the system, all i can tell you is to triple check your settings and try a walk test in the dark in a controlled evironment,as there is no reason for multiple cameras in a network to all have the same issue at once , especially that issue...

what are using for batteries ? type and brand? and are you using external power? im unable to find your account in camp to check it - PM me the email you are using in camp or your name, as im not able to find yoru camp account under what you sent me previously

if it was a battery issue and they have been out since december the batteries could have never lasted this long, need to dig into this deeper if you are on current firmware

sounds more like a settings issue unless you are way behind on firmware on the l series, as in 1.6 or earlier

We have made some announcements, but i agree an email to all users is a good idea even though some will go to junk or get blocked. There is a ton of work being done on the app and camp right now that are priorities so i dont think they will add a page back in with email addresses, With it going...
