unfortunately , we need to get you on 9.2 as it likely will fix what you re experiencing

what version firmware and did you run a cell test after replacing batteries ? are you getting reports ?

id try a new card and i'd also clear the internal memory of the camera without a card in it , in commands, then put a new card in and clear that card as well before you arm it and test it, run a cell test also . .

this is washing out on something bouncing the flash back, you can see part of the image in the bottom left.

if every pic is like this it needs to go back, your camera is a black flash his is a strobe,

has it only been in that spot? if so, turn your flash level down as its likely bouncing off that wall- or try it somewhere else to see if it still does it, if so you will like need to send it in for service

all pics are like this or some ? can you post an example - to get back to the advanced menu power the camera off and then hold down the more button until it prompts you to enter the advanced menu, you can do the same to revert back to the simple menu

clearing the card should do it - if you dont have unlimited call cs and they should credit you for data used

fair warning- there is no guarantee that it wont happen to yours without warning , so you can wait but im not sure when the OTA update will happen, it very well may not be until after hunting season and its not something you can do once the problem happens
