Stock Market is the bottom in?

I think both what you and I are saying is true. Of course they're the "richest" generation, just like the generation that follows them will surpass their wealth in aggregate. That doesn't change the fact that 2/3 of them are woefully unprepared for retirement and these market hiccups won't help...

Stock Market is the bottom in?

https://www.investopedia.com/articles/personal-finance/032216/are-we-baby-boomer-retirement-crisis.asp No, it's not true. This (baby boomer) is the first generation in a long time that mostly doesn't have a pension to fall back on. They often weren't disciplined enough to save via tax sheltered...

Stock Market is the bottom in?

Great question, everyone is (should be) responsible for themselves, IMO. We both unfortunately know it doesn't work that way. I have family that I was surprised could afford two kids but they didn't stop until they had five. I'm far from a bleeding heart, but I don't want to see their kids go...

I worry more about a looming recession for my friends and family whose...

Where Do You Spend Most of Your Time On Your Property?

20% prairies/prairie walks 40% food plots/plantings (including orchards, shrubs, etc) 20% invasives 20% scouting/looking around 100% of the time I'm thinking about hunting and strategy.

If you could change one regulation in your state

Id love to see a velvet hunt opportunity in WI/MN, even if it was for one weekend or 3 days. Non-bait areas obviously but would allow for a new aspect of hunting/scouting that time of year. A lot of bur oaks and apples dropping that time of year for attractive food sources we don't have the...

Wild Turkey population is tanking across most of its range

That's disappointing, especially knowing how much time you spend trapping nest predators. Hope they rebound for you guys next year.

Wild Turkey population is tanking across most of its range

30 yards from the house this morning. Sometimes they seem so smart and sometimes they are incredibly stupid.
