    Basagran + Cleth?

I mixed cleth and basagran with great results. I did my follow up basagran spray about 14 days after my first application minus the cleth for round 2. I completely wiped out my nutsedge which was my main focus. Hopefully it will not return next year but we will have to wait and see. I broadcast...

    Basagran + Cleth?

I was told by BASF rep there is no residual with Basagran. They also sent me the below additive rate chart.

How late can you plant white clover?

If you're drilling do it now. Throw in some cereal rye while you're at it. I would still take a chance with broadcasting within the next week, especially if it's a smaller plot.

    Crossbow strings

Ravin strings are better than they used to be that's for sure. I had no concerns at all with a custom set once my Ravin strings were done. But omicron is right, use custom strings at your own risk.

    Crossbow strings

Material is part of it but Perry Valley is a true "custom" string builder. PV does not mass produce strings like WC does. He builds them all himself, one at a time. More or less strands has nothing to do with the life of a string. The number of strands is dictated by the required string...

    Crossbow strings

Winners Choice were good strings but far from the "top dog", and that's going back 25 years when I was using them. I stopped using WC when I found a better string builder who used better material. There were several others that were just as good or better then WC that were actually custom...

    Imox question?

Update: I sprayed Basagran (1qt ac) with cleth (16oz ac) and 2,4-db (2qts ac) with very good results. Keystone recommended mixing 2,4-db at the lower recommended rate with mixing with cleth. I was also told by Drexel that you should use the highest recommended rate of cleth when mixing with...

    Crossbow strings

Join Crossbow Nation if you haven't already. Lots of good info there regarding your 10x. You should absolutely zero your crossbow at the beginning of every hunting season. I have the 10x and just changed my string and cables to a custom set. You have to be able to recognize string wear and...

    2,4-DB and Additives

According to Keystone: Cleth and 2,4-db have a 2-3 week residual. Thunder and Imox have a 3 month residual.

    Muzzle loader

I have a smokeless TC Encore .45 as well. Barrel came from Arrowhead and it is an absolute shooter! I size all my bullets and shoot bullet to bore. It is one of my favorite rifles. 209 primers are very dirty which is why I went with large rifle magnum primers.

    Muzzle loader

Join modernmuzzleloader.com for good info. Always good deals in the classifieds on used muzzleloaders as well. I picked up a gently used Knight Original Disc .45 several years ago for $300 off that site from a trusted seller. Great bolt action muzzleloader that shoots sub MOA using Blackhorn...

    Drexel Mix

The product is Drexel Mix. It is a compatibility agent. I have a link in my original post. 2,4-db is safe for clover, 2,4-d is not.

    Drexel Mix

I received a response from Keystone. They state that Mix is a compatibility agent for herbicides and fertilizer and doubt that it will help to "blend" cleth and 2,4-db. They also stated that mixing cleth and 2,4-db increased ("hotter") the effectiveness of those two herbicides so to counter...

    Drexel Mix

I emailed Drexel a few days ago but they never responded. It seems I read a thread here or at a sister site that Drexel Mix was used for two or more incompatible herbicides. For the life of me I can't find it now.
