I have numerous examples on my computer even after looking at the camera they stick around. Even not seeming to notice it at all. Video too. Cuddeback FB groups are mostly using the white/Strobe.

Reg ir is a different story though, although a few weren't bothered by that either. I only use black or white for videos these days.

I'm talking mature 4+ year old bucks specifically, not younger bucks or does.

Agreed I have one buck that is super camera shy. Before I switched to black out cameras the first picture would be the buck in frame the next would be a the flag running away.

They now updated the app so you can have it send the pics every 12 or 24 hours instead of asap. I prefer asap..although if they allowed every 1 or 2 hours I may go with that.

Getting close to 800 pictures...battery at 60%. And since they're lithiums it could already be dead. I was expecting much better but I guess it sending pics asap isn't the best if lots of pics. Looks like I'll have to update the cam so I can try the 12hr setting. Or get a battery pack or solar panel.

Maybe someone else has something to compare it to..? I only have the Cuddebacks but with solar panels and then the Spypoint Cell-link which only has maybe 100 pics with it.

Is that each or combined? I have read others getting thousands on theirs, don't recall if alkaline or lithium. Some like me not doing so well. I had the new Boly white flash out and although it's not cellular I had it set for strobe- set for pic then vid- so far over 1200 of each. 30 second videos and most at night. Same batch of batteries.

My Reveal sends it's update at noon so will see if it's even alive. No pictures during the night or this morning but we had storms.

Edit.. Just got a pic. Not likely but it'll be nice if it says 100% again when I get the update. That did happen in the very beginning.

All my cameras are still reading 100% after being out for a few weeks on regular alkaline batteries, but they’ve only sent a few hundred pictures between all four cameras. I’m set on two shot burst, and timely transmission.

It actually jumped back to 100%. I'm feeling so much better now.

That was on one of them. He said it was 4452 pics when it stopped sending. The others are still showing 100% and are around 800 pics each.

I've got 2 on a farm that I can't hardly get one bar on my phone, and the camera gets 5 bars of 4G, works like a charm.

The only real complaint I have is it takes way too many "transition" or night pictures when it's overcast. Middle of the day- black/white pics. I actually wish there was a way to turn it off to prevent it from doing that during the day or even pick hours when you want it to start and stop. My Stealth DS4k's do it way too much early morning and evening as well..but at least not during the day. Don't have to worry about it with my white flash cams.

There is a Tactacam Reveal thread over on Archery Talk in the Bowhunting forum with a Tactacam rep (Bigten) that will help. He is also taking operational suggestions back to Tactacam so they can engineer on the fly to make the camera and app better for us. Give him a shout, he is very helpful.
