I've watched a ton of them to try and learn everything I can. But after watching a bunch most seem to repeat the same info. I stumbled across an excellent one today though.
Holistic Orchard Management with Michael Phillips. I'm about 2 hours into a 3.5 hour video, and he's touching on just about everything. He's done a great job explaining pruning, training, fungal diseases, insects, rootstocks....... I've learned a couple things I haven't heard from anyone else.
