I am thinking yote. He doesn't look tall enough/long legged. Do you have any pics of a full size deer in a similar location. Wolves are usually almost as tall as a deer where coyotes are much shorter.

I think the zoomed in photo makes it seem bigger than it really is. A big coyote in my opinion.
