I get pines rubbed all the time, but these won't be touched. Guarantee it. Then when they get too big to be rubbed they shade out their cage - what a deal...........

That's a great idea.
May have to try it. But the deer around me rub honey locust and sleep on hawthorn.

Heck they don't even flinch when we shoot them.
None of that is true but it sure seems like it.

With the MFR, blackberry, hawthorn and locust my place is not the safe for people on Coumadin.

We have some wild rose along a row of pines. Those pines don't get touched either. You need armor to get near them.

They will eat the tips of the wild rose here but don't like walking through them at all.
