Season is pretty well over. Went up over the weekend to throw bud caps on some of my plug trees that were planted spring of 2018 and 2019. The trees that I transplanted this season had excellent success rate. I'm amazed how good some of the biggest ones look. I didnt not bud cap any of these trees, but I did put the few white pine transplants into cages. I would say I had 95% success on the spruce/pine transplants and about 30% survival on dogwood cuttings.
